Today is Pearl Harbor Day.  Don't forget to thank a vet...especially one of the few remaining WWII vets.

Location:

  • ONDEG Fitness (23 Main Avenue North - enter from the back)

  • 6:00 am WOD

  • 4:00 pm Youth (starts today)
  • 6:00 pm WOD
  • 7:00 pm WOD
  • 8:00 pm On Ramp
Focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
  • Gymnastics
  • Weightlifting
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson Stretch
  • 1 set of ten each:
    • Sit-ups
    • Good mornings
    • Push-ups
    • Overhead squats
    • Pull-ups (jumping x2)
Skills review:
  • Deadlift
Workout:
Compare to 23 September 2009
AMRAP 20 minutes:
  • Burpees x5
  • Deadlift x10 (at least 50% of max)
  • Double-unders x20 (singles x60)
