Pregnant and CrossFitting
If you know of someone who is pregnant and wants to workout, have them read this link and this link.
My opinion is this: if you were working out before you got pregnant, keep doing it. If you weren't working out before you got pregnant, workout consistently, with proper mechanics and intensity relative to your current level of fitness. Certainly don't "overdo it", and remember what Boz sez: "scale more than you think you should".
