Focus:
  • Weightlifting
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
Skill instruction and review:
  • Press
  • Push press
  • Push Jerk
WOD:
3 rounds of max reps, rest as necessary between rounds:
Without putting the bar down,
  • Press until you fail
  • Push press until you fail
  • Push jerk until you fail
COMPETITORS:  Complete 50 DU's immediately after completing your WOD.

  • Pull-up 3x10
