Location:
  • ONDEG Fitness (23 Main Avenue North - enter from the back)
Times:
  • 6:00 am WOD
  • 9:00 am WOD
  • 4:00 pm Youth
  • 6:00 pm WOD
  • 7:00 pm WOD
Focus:
  • Weightlifting
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
  • Circuit, one minute each station, three rounds
    • Jump rope (double-unders preferred)
    • Run
    • Airdyne
    • Row
    • Farmer's walk
Skill instruction and review:
  • Deadlift
WOD:
"Death by Deadlift"
With a continuously running clock, do one deadlift every minute, adding one deadlift for every additional minute.  Continue until you cannot complete the required reps in that minute.

COMPETITORS:  Complete 50 DU's immediately after completing your WOD.

Technique (post-WOD):

  • Dip 3x10 (ring dip preferred)
