  • Metabolic conditioning
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson Stretch
  • Squat therapy
Skill instruction and review:
  • KB swing
WOD:

Five rounds for time:

  • Burpee x10
  • Walking lunge x20
  • KB swing x30
  • Sit-up x40
  • Double under x50
COMPETITORS:  Complete 50 DU's immediately after completing your WOD.

Technique (post-WOD):

  • Pull-up 3x10
