Great efforts from everyone today...lots of progress from the veterans and the newbies picked up the finer points of getting heavy things overhead!

Transferring the bend in the elbows to the knees is a tough thing to get your mind around when you are working the jerk...but once it happens, it never goes away...seems natural to push yourself under the bar to get those elbows extended.







Looking forward to tomorrow...Barbara shows her pretty face once again at our box.  It's been a month since she's been around, so be sure to check your journal...let's set some PR's!

Speaking of pretty faces...nothing but ladies at the 7pm group tonight.  (Cal picked a bad night to skip!)  What a great group...supportive and hard working!  Nice change from this morning's 6am group of bleary-eyed, haggard fellers.
