Tuesday Recap

Sometimes it's hard to know what's worse...a metcon that takes 30 minutes to finish or a 20 minute AMRAP that never seems to end.  Regardless, Barbara is NO JOKE!  Great work everyone...lots of "never quit" attitudes today.





Barbara tends to produce casualties...typically not this severe though!
