Writing the End of the Story

When you think about how your life will end, however morbid and unsettling and unknowable and absurd that may be seem, we do have a certain degree of control over the end of our lives.

  • How do you want to grow old?
  • How do you want to die?
  • How do you want to feel the day/hour/minute/second before you expire?
I firmly believe that our diet is one of two aspects of our daily lives that affects our long-term health...the other being our activity level.

Here's a quote I ripped from
Orie Shafer's blog:

"Your relationship with food is one of the most important determinants of your long-term well-being."

Relationship...not what you think of when food comes to mind.  In fact, most people don't think of much when food comes to mind.  Fill the void and not be concerned with the consequences...not a good plan.

  • Plan your diet.
  • Plan your meals.
  • Plan your menus.
  • Plan your health.
  • Plan your fitness.
  • Plan the end of your life.
Start.  Right.  Now.
