  • Weightlifting
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • PVC shoulder stretch
Skills review:
  • All circuit activities
Workout:
Circuit:  2 minutes each station, 30 seconds rest between stations.

  2. Rower
  3. Double-under
  4. Squats
  5. Jumping pull-up
  6. Sumo deadlift high pull
  7. Walking lunge
  8. Box jump
  9. Knees to elbows
  10. Sit-ups
  11. KB swing
  12. GHD back extension
  13. Wall ball
  14. Thruster
  15. Handstand
