Wednesday Recap
"Diane" is a classic CrossFit workout, but in order to add a twist, I've included double-unders and renamed it "DUane".
There was a phenomenal effort by Jimmay...225# forty-five times! That's 10,125 pounds! Now, when he gets his double-unders, it will be "doubly" phenomenal. Keep up the good work JIMMAY!
