Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Squat therapy
  • 1 set of 30 of each:
    • Walking lunge
    • KB swing
    • Jumping pull-up
    • Dip
    • V-up
Skill instruction and review:
  • Back squat
WOD #1:
  • Back squat 5x3
WOD #2:
5 minute AMRAP
  • Wall ball x10
  • Double under x10
Post-WOD:
  • Pull-ups 3x10
Stretch
