Focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
  • Gymnastics
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • 3 set of ten each:
    • Pull-up (strict, with or without bands)
    • Push-up (elevated feet)
    • Good morning (weighted)
    • Box jump (seated)
  • Double-under practice (5 minutes)
Skill instruction and review:
  • GHD back extension
WOD:
"Annie"

50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds of:

COMPETITORS:  Complete 50 burpees immediately after completing your WOD.
