- Weightlifting
- Metabolic conditioning
- Dynamic stretch / body movement
- Samson stretch
- 3 sets of ten each:
- Pull-up (strict, with or without bands)
- Push-up (elevated feet)
- Good morning (weighted)
- Box jump (seated)
- Pull-up (strict, with or without bands)
- Deadlift

- 1-10-1 ladder, teams of two, bar may not be set down until all reps completed, rest bar across thighs if needed.
- 135# for men / 95# for women
