"Prefer to be judged" Is this some kind of trick question? I'll tell you what; if it's not my youth it's my short stature and range of motion. Someone always seems to have an excuse for why I perform the way I do, without giving me credit for steadfast hard work. I suppose if I have to choose, I'd rather be judged on my performance and NOT the way I look. Look at the whiteboard...numbers don't lie!
