  • 2x10:
    • Body row
    • Ring push-up
    • Knees to elbows
    • GHD back extension
    • Squat
Skill instruction and review:
  • Back squat
WOD #1:
  • Back squat 5x3
WOD #2:
5 rounds for time:
  • DU x20
  • KB swing x10
  • Turkish get-up x5 (each side)
Post-WOD:
  • Push press 3x15
