  • ONDEG Fitness (23 Main Avenue North - enter from the back)

Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson Stretch
Skills review:
  • Rower
  • Sumo deadlift high pull
  • Wall ball
  • Push press
  • Box jump
Workout:
"Fight Gone Bad" (modified)
3 rounds, one minute each station, rest every five minutes, score is total of reps and calories (rower).

  • Box Jump
  • Row
  • Push-press
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises.  On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately.
