  • 7:00 pm WOD
Focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
  • Gymnastics
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • PVC shoulder stretch
  • DU x 5 minutes
  • KB / DB circuit, 30 seconds each exercise, 5 rounds:
    • Swing
    • Russian twist
    • Thruster
    • Sumo deadlift high pull
Skill instruction and review:
  • KB exercises used in warm-up
WOD:
"You want me to do WHAT?"
50-40-30-20-10 of each:
  • Box jump (option:  parallette hurdle)
  • Push-up
Post-WOD:
  • Wheel of Woe 3x10
