  • ONDEG Fitness (23 Main Avenue North - enter from the back)
Times:
  • 6:00 am WOD

  • 4:00 pm Youth
  • 6:00 pm WOD
  • 7:00 pm WOD
Focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • KB / DB circuit, 3 x 10 each exercise:
    • Swing
    • Russian twist
    • Thruster
    • Sumo deadlift high pull
Skill instruction and review:
  • Front squat
WOD #1:
  • Front squat 5 x 5
WOD #2:
3 rounds, each for time:
  • Box jump 24" x25
Post-WOD:
  •   Press 3 x 15
Stretch

Study:
