Friday and Saturday WODs

We're off to the competition in Missoula, so here's your workouts for Friday night and/or Saturday morning!

Three rounds for time:
Run around the the school property, stop at the grade school playground basketball court and do 25 of each:
  • Squat
  • Push-up
  • Sit-up
  • Back extension
  • Pull-up

If I have time to post some updates on Saturday, I will, but if not, look for the results on the competition website or here on Sunday.
