20 Minute Row...How Far Can You Go?
Saturday's WOD is a timed row. 20 minutes...go as far as you can.
This will be done in an open-gym format. Sign up for the time slot you want. Bring your friends and family as your cheering section...or bring your favorite CD to listen to.
The box will be open from 5:30am to 10am and 4:30pm to 7pm. That's enough time for 18-20 time slots.
Don't be late! Arrive at least ten minutes before your row time for your warm-up.
If you don't sign up for a slot, we'll have another workout for you.
20 minutes on the rower is no joke...if you can't go the full 20, either pick a time frame and pull as much as you can, or just pull 'til you puke!
