  • 4:00 pm Youth Suspended until Monday, 01 March
  • 6:00 pm WOD
  • 7:00 pm WOD
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Circuit, 1 minute each, one round:
    • Row
    • Bike
    • Wall ball
    • Farmer's trot
    • Burpee
  • One set of ten each:
    • Push-up
    • Jumping pull-up
    • Sit-up
    • Back extension
    • OHS
Skills review:
  • Deadlift
WOD:
5 rounds for time:
  • Push-up x12
  • Pull-up x9 (strict, with or without bands)
  • Turkish get-up x6 (alternate, 3 each arm)
  • Deadlift x3 (BW)
Post-WOD:
  • KTE 3x15
