Greasing the Groove

There's lots of information on the google machine regarding "Greasing the Groove".

If you are interested in increasing your pull-ups, read about "Greasing the Groove" and work it into your pre- or post-WOD routine.  Keep in mind that pull-centric workouts can influence your results, so scale/modify and substitute as necessary to stay on track with your groove greasing.
