  • Gymnastics
  • Weightlifting
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Double-unders x5 minutes
  • 2 sets of 10 each:
    • Pull-up (strict, with or without bands)
    • DB press
    • Sit-up
    • Good morning (weighted)
    • OHS
Skill instruction and review:
  • Deadlift
  • Wall ball

Deadlift 5x5

WOD #2:

"Karen" (modified)
For time:
  • Wall ball x150

  • Pull-up 3x10 (strict, with or without bands)
