- Thruster
- Sumo deadlift high pull

- Sprint x5 laps (touch the floor at each end)
- Squat x25
- Back extension x20
- Sit-up x15
- Push-up x10
- Pull-up x5
- Sprint x5 laps
- GHD back extension 3x10
