  • 8:00 pm On Ramp
Focus:
  • Gymnastics
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • PVC shoulder stretch
  • Circuit, 3 minutes each station, 2 rounds:
    • Row
    • Bike
    • Bike
    • Jump rope (singles)
Workout:
"Cindy"
AMRAP, 20 minutes:
  • 5 pull-ups
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 squats
Technique (post-WOD):
  • GHD back extension 3x10
