- Dynamic stretch / body movement
- Samson stretch
- Wrist stretch
- Perfect stretch
- Shoulder stretch
- Squat stretch
- 3 sets:
- Pull-up x10 (strict, with or without bands)
- Press x10
- Good morning (weighted) x10
- Broad jump 40'
- Knees to elbows x10
- Pull-up x10 (strict, with or without bands)
- Deadlift
"Team Deadlift Ladder" for time:
- 1-10-1 ladder, teams of two, bar may not be set down until all reps completed, rest bar across thighs if needed.
- 135# for men / 95# for women
- Upright row 3x10
