Focus:
  • Weightlifting
  • Metabolic conditioning
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Perfect stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
  • Squat stretch
  • 3 sets:
    • Pull-up x10 (strict, with or without bands)
    • Press x10
    • Good morning (weighted) x10
    • Broad jump 40'
    • Knees to elbows x10
Skill instruction and review:
  • Deadlift
WOD:
"Team Deadlift Ladder" for time:
  • 1-10-1 ladder, teams of two, bar may not be set down until all reps completed, rest bar across thighs if needed.
  • 135# for men / 95# for women
Technique (post-WOD):
  • Upright row 3x10
