Focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
  • Gymnastics
  • Weightlifting
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Perfect stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
  • Squat stretch
  • Death by burpees, add a burpee every 30 seconds, 10 minute maximum
Skill instruction and review:
  • Deadlift
WOD:
"Is this ever gonna end?"
Five rounds for time:

  • Front squat x25
  • Pull-up x10
  • Walking lunge x80'
  • Double-under x50
Technique (post-WOD):
  • Knees to elbows 3x10
