Location:
  • ONDEG Fitness (23 Main Avenue North - enter from the back)
Times:
  • 6:00 am WOD
  • 9:00 am WOD
  • 4:00 pm Youth
  • 6:00 pm WOD
  • 7:00 pm WOD
Focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Perfect stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
Skills review:
  • Deadlift
WOD #1:
  • Deadlift 5x3
WOD #2:
"This is not what I signed up for!"
Team row / burpee combo:
  • Teams of three, five minutes to get the highest total.
    • Row (calories)
    • Burpees
  • One team member must be rowing, one must be doing burpees, one must be resting.
  • During the time that the rower is in transition, the other two team members must be doing burpees, 
  • Team members should cooperate for best rest management.
Post-WOD:
  • Ring push-up 3x10
