- Dynamic stretch / body movement
- Perfect stretch
- Wrist stretch
- Achilles stretch
- 2x10:
- Knees to elbows
- Reverse hyper
- Overhead squat
- Push-up
- Pull-up
- Deadlift
"Death by Deadlift"
- Starting at one, add a deadlift every minute, until you can't complete the prescribed number in that minute.
- Negatives x3 (eccentric pull-ups)
