  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Perfect stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Achilles stretch
  • 2x10:
    • Knees to elbows
    • Reverse hyper
    • Overhead squat
    • Push-up
    • Pull-up
Skills review:
  • Deadlift
WOD:
"Death by Deadlift"
  • Starting at one, add a deadlift every minute, until you can't complete the prescribed number in that minute.
Post-WOD:
  • Negatives x3 (eccentric pull-ups)
