  • Wall ball
  • KB swing
  • Push press
  • Sumo deadlift high pull
  • Flutter kick
WOD:
"Curse of the 20's"
Start with 20 DU's, then do 20 more DU's between the following (20 reps per exercise)...and finish with 20 DU's:
  • KTE
  • Flutter kick
  • Walking lunge
  • Box jump
  • Push press (55/35)
  • Wall ball (20/10)
  • Pull-up
  • Sumo deadlift high pull (53/44)
  • Superman
  • KB swing (36/25)
Post-WOD:
  • Recovery
Stretch
