- Clean progression
- Hook grip
- Pockets, jump and shrug
- Mid-thigh, jump and shrug
- Below the knee, jump and shrug
- Ground, jump and shrug
- Power clean
- Back to front
- Clean and jerk
- 10 minutes to find your max clean and jerk.
AMRAP 10 minutes:
- Back to front x5
- Clean and jerk x5 HEAVY
- Reverse hyper 3x10
