  • PVC shoulder stretch
  • Clean progression
    • Hook grip
    • Pockets, jump and shrug
    • Mid-thigh, jump and shrug
    • Below the knee, jump and shrug
    • Ground, jump and shrug
    • Power clean
Skill instruction / review:
  • Back to front
  • Clean and jerk
Workout #1:
  • 10 minutes to find your max clean and jerk.
Workout #2:
AMRAP 10 minutes:
  • Back to front x5
  • Clean and jerk x5 HEAVY
Post-WOD:
  • Reverse hyper 3x10
