  • Metabolic conditioning
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Perfect stretch
Skill instruction / review:
  • Deadlift
Workout #1:
  • Deadlift 5x3
Workout #2:
Max effort in each event, 5 minutes per station, rest as necessary between rounds, as many rounds as time allows:
  • Rower (calories)
  • Bike (calories)
  • Rope (singles or doubles)
  • Burpee
Post-WOD:
  • Knees to elbows 3x10
Stretch
