Focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
  • Gymnastics
Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • Perfect stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
  • Two rounds, 30 seconds each:
    • Cliff scaler push-up
    • Kicker push-ups (each side individually)
    • Crab high knee lift
    • Alternating plank lift
    • Glute bridge lift
  • Two sets of ten:
    • OHS
    • GM
Skills review:
  • Wam ball
  • Plate push
Workout:
Three rounds, one minute each station, 15 second transition, rest one minute between rounds:
  • Wam ball
  • Box jump
  • Knees to elbows
  • KB swing
  • Plate push
