- Cliff scaler push-up
- Kicker push-ups (each side individually)
- Crab high knee lift
- Alternating plank lift
- Glute bridge lift
- Two sets of ten:
- OHS
- GM
- Press
- Sumo deadlift high pull

- Press x10 (BB, DB or KB...no lower body movement!)
