Warm-up:
  • Dynamic stretch / body movement
  • Samson stretch
  • PVC shoulder stretch
  • 3 sets of ten each:
    • Dip
    • Pull-up
    • Push-up
    • Good morning
    • Overhead squat
Skills review:
  • Thruster
  • Deadlift
WOD:
"Deadly Fran"
