  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Samson / perfect stretch
  • Wrists
  • Shoulders
  • Partner circuit:  one minute each station, max effort:
    • Med ball (bounce, push, twist, granny)
    • Heavy bag clean x4 (2 each side)
    • Farmer's trot x3 (laps)
    • Plate push x1 (laps)
    • Box jump (alternate)
