Warm-up:
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Samson / perfect stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Achilles stretch
  • Shoulder stretch
  • Push:  press x10
  • Pull:  sumo deadlift high-pull x10
  • Midline flex:  KTE x10
  • Midline extend:  reverse hyper x10
  • Hip open / close:  OHS 1x10
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Reverse hyper
  • Wall ball
WOD:
"Something Else Gone Bad"
Three rounds, one minute each station, one minute rest after five stations.
Score is total reps for all three rounds.
  • Double-under
  • KTE

Post-WOD skill / strengthening / conditioning:
