Today's focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
    • Oxidative
  • Mode
    • Weightlifting
    • Monostructural
    • Gymnastics
Warm-up:
  • Shoulder stretch (on your own)
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Samson / perfect stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Pull-up 3x10
  • Two rounds, 30 seconds each:
    • Cliff scaler push-up
    • Kicker push-ups (each side individually)
    • Crab high knee lift
    • Alternating plank lift
    • Glute bridge lift
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • KB thruster
WOD:
On the minute, do the following:
  • Push-up x3
  • KB thruster x3
  • KTE x3
    • Spend the remainder of the minute doing double-unders or burpees.
Post-WOD skill / strengthening / conditioning:
  • Med ball clean, 3x10
