- 7pm
- Metabolic conditioning
- Oxidative
- Mode
- Weightlifting
- Monostructural
- Gymnastics
- Shoulder stretch (on your own)
- Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
- Samson / perfect stretch
- Wrist stretch
- Pull-up 3x10
- Two rounds, 30 seconds each:
- Cliff scaler push-up
- Kicker push-ups (each side individually)
- Crab high knee lift
- Alternating plank lift
- Glute bridge lift
- KB thruster
On the minute, do the following:
- Push-up x3
- KB thruster x3
- KTE x3
- Spend the remainder of the minute doing double-unders or burpees.
- Med ball clean, 3x10
