Warm-up:
  • Shoulder stretch (on your own)
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Samson / perfect stretch
  • Squat stretch
  • Achilles stretch
  • Ten of each:
    • Push:  push-up with side plank
    • Pull:  body row with 3 sec. hold
    • Midline flex:  L-sit (max hold)
    • Midline extend:  Superman with 3 sec. hold
    • Hip open / close:  squat with 3 sec. hold
  • Partners (one works, one rests), max effort each exercise, 2 minutes each station:
    • Plate push
    • Row
    • KTE
    • Double-under
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Row (speed)
WOD:
"Gotta Tabata"
8 rounds of each exercise, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.  Score is lowest number of reps out of the eight opportunities.
  • Squat
