Warm-up:
  • Shoulder stretch (on your own)
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Samson / perfect stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Achilles stretch
  • Squat stretch
  • Two rounds, 30 seconds each:
    • Push:  lo-hi plank push
    • Pull:  jumping negative
    • Midline flex:  sit-up
    • Midline extend:  Superman (5 second hold)
    • Hip open / close:  squat-jump
Skill review /enhancement / instruction:

WOD #1:
Training sets of each (5x5):
  • Deadlift
  • Back squat
  • Press
WOD #2:
"Uncle Jessi's Revenge"
One round, storm thru for time, rest as necessary, repeat as time allows:
