  • Metabolic conditioning
    • Phosphagen
    • Glycolytic
  • Mode
    • Weightlifting
Warm-up:
  • Shoulder stretch (on your own)
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Samson / perfect stretch
  • Two sets of ten:
    • Push:  push-up
    • Pull:  body row
    • Midline flex:  sit-up
    • Midline extend:  good morning
    • Hip open / close:  squat
Skill review /enhancement / instruction:
  • Back squat
  • Press
  • Deadlift
WOD#1:
"CrossFit Total"
Find your one rep max (1RM) on each.  Three attempts only.
  • Squat
  • Press
  • Deadlift
WOD #2:
"Logan's Revenge"
One round, as many rounds as time allows:
  • KB swing x5
  • 30" box jump x5
  • Burpee x5
  • 18" box jump x5
  • Burpee x5
  • 12" box jump x5
  • KB swing x5
