    • Push:  parallette dips
    • Pull:  body row
    • Midline flex:  KTE
    • Midline extend:  good morning
    • Hip open / close:  OHS
Skill review /enhancement / instruction:
  • Sliders
WOD:
One minute each exercise, no rest between stations, rest as necessary between rounds.  As many rounds as time allows.  Score is total calories plus reps.
