- Glycolytic
- Oxidative
- Mode
- Gymnastics
- Weightlifting
- Shoulder stretch (on your own)
- Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
- Samson / perfect stretch
- Wrist stretch
- Achilles stretch
- Squat stretch
- 2x10:
- Push: parallette dips
- Pull: pull-up
- Midline flex: v-up
- Midline extend: KB swing
- Hip open / close: OHS
- OHS: safely dumping the bar.
