Warm-up:
  • Shoulder stretch (on your own)
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Samson / perfect stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Squat stretch
  • Two rounds, 30 seconds each exercise:
    • Midline extend:  KB swing
    • Midline flex:  seated twist
    • Pull:  sumo deadlift high pull
    • Push:  press / push press (single)
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Scaling options
  • Compromised range of motion
