As many rounds as time allows. Rest as necessary between rounds.
Study as Much as You Sweat:
- High school athletic fields (meet at north end of football field).
- 6am
- 6pm
- 7pm
- Metabolic conditioning
- Glycolytic
- Oxidative
- Mode
- Monostructural
- Gymnastics
- Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
- Samson / perfect stretch
- Wrist stretch
- Achilles stretch
- Run 250m
- 2 x 15:
- Push: push-up
- Pull: pull-up
- Midline flex: sit-up
- Midline extend: Superman
- Hip open / close: squat
- Run 250m
- Burpee
- Sled drag
As many rounds as time allows. Rest as necessary between rounds.
- Burpee x10
- Sled drag 100m
- Run 400m (or row 600m)
- Bear crawl 50m, x3
