Location:
  • High school athletic fields (meet at north end of football field).
Times:
  • 6am
  • 6pm
  • 7pm
Today's focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
    • Glycolytic
    • Oxidative
  • Mode
    • Monostructural
    • Gymnastics
Warm-up:
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Samson / perfect stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Achilles stretch
  • Run 250m
  • 2 x 15:
    • Push:  push-up
    • Pull:  pull-up
    • Midline flex:  sit-up
    • Midline extend:  Superman
    • Hip open / close:  squat
  • Run 250m
Skill review / enhancement /instruction:
  • Burpee
  • Sled drag
WOD:
As many rounds as time allows.  Rest as necessary between rounds.
  • Burpee x10
  • Sled drag 100m
  • Run 400m (or row 600m)
Post-WOD skill / strengthening /conditioning:
  • Bear crawl 50m, x3
Stretch
