WODs in Your Email

If you look to the left of this page, you will see an area where you can subscribe to the new posts here.

Simply type your email address into the text box and click the orange "Subscribe" button.  You'll receive a message via email that confirms your interest in subscribing.  Click the link in that email and then every time a new WOD is posted, you'll receive an email with the full details.  Now you don't have to check the blog every day just to see what kind of suffering is in store for you.
