Daily Pondering / Question of the Day:
- Is your exercise making you thin? Thin enough? Are you incorporating good eating habits, or do you think your activity level is enough to counteract a crappy diet?
- Post your replies to the comments below.
I know exercise isn't enough. Performance gains plateaued for a while, but my diet at the time was great. Strict restriction(i.e. Zoning) leaned me out faster than any other diet, but I couldn't stick with it long enough to see performance increases in the gym. I'm the queen of the motto, "failing to plan=planning to fail". My busy schedule and tight budget make it tough to eat well, but I know these are just excuses. I'm ready to see some of those hard-earned muscles I've got hidden beneath a layer of my poor eating habits.

We are our own worst critics right? Your performance in the WODs continues to inspire me and others...don't worry about "hidden" muscles..."your strength shall be measured according to the measure of thy desire". 3-2-1-GO
