WOD #1:

Using dumbbells, perform the following for time:
  • Thruster x21
  • Run 1200m (3 laps)
  • Thruster x15
  • Run 800m (2 laps)
  • Thruster x9
  • Run 400m (1 lap)
Post-WOD skill /strengthening / conditioning:
  • GHD sit-up, 3x10
