Location:
  • ONDEG Fitness, 23 Main Avenue North, Choteau, MT

Today's focus:
  • Metabolic conditioning
    • Oxidative
  • Mode
    • Monostructural
Warm-up:
  • Shoulder stretch (on your own)
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Perfect / Samson stretch
  • Windmill
  • Wrist stretch
  • Achilles stretch
  • Three minute AMRAP:  with a single KB in the right hand, perform the following exercises three times each, then switch to the left arm.  Repeat.
    • Swing
    • Clean
    • Press
    • Windmill
  • Run to Morman Church (touch the front door)
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • None
WOD: 
Pair up in order of arrival from the run.  Take turns giving max effort in order to get max distance in eight minutes on each:
  • Rower
  • Bike
  • Plate push
Post-WOD skill / strengthening / conditioning:
  • GHD back extension, 3 x10
