Warm-up:
  • Shoulder stretch (on your own)
  • Core to extremity dynamic stretch and body movement
  • Perfect / Samson stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Achilles stretch
  • 1 x 15:
    • Push:  push-up
    • Pull:  pull-up
    • Midline flex:  sit-up
    • Midline extend:  Superman
    • Hip open / close:  OHS
Skill review / enhancement / instruction:
  • Burgener warm-up (snatch progression)
  • Hang power snatch
  • Ground to overhead anyway
WOD #1:
"CrossFit Montana Winter Challenge WOD #2" (modified (alot)...DU's instead of 400m run, regular burpees instead of burpee frog jump, KB swing subbed for weighted shuttle run)
One round, storm through for time.  Twenty minute tap-out.
  • DU x50 (singles x4)
  • Ground to overhead anyway x15 (Rx'd = 135/95, Intermediate = 95/65, Beginner  = 75/45)
  • Burpee x20
  • KB swing (single arm Russian) x50 (Rx'd = 53/35, Intermediate = 44/25, Beginner = 25/15)
  • Burpee x20
  • Ground to overhead anyhow x15
  • DU x50 (singles x4)
